William Beaubien-Souligny MD PhD FRCPC
Dr. Beaubien-Souligny is a nephrologist and principal researcher at the CHUM.
His activities are supported by the FRQS and the KRESCENT program of the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
He has authored 94 peer-reviewed publications since 2017.
His main areas of interest include acute renal injury, renal replacement therapy in intensive care, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac surgery, and bedside ultrasound.
He is the co-creator of the Venous Excess UltraSound (VExUS) grading system.
