Dr. Osman is the Senior Consultant in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care in the ED of the Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun in Ipoh, Malaysia.

He obtained his M. Med (EM) in 2003 and did a fellowship in Critical Care and fellowship in Critical Care Ultrasound in Milan Italy in 2011.

Dr. Osman has been a member of the Board of Directors of WINFOCUS for many years and has been an associate editor for The Ultrasound Journal since 2014.

He is one of the founder of WINFOCUS Malaysia and one of the pioneer group in introducing usage of TEE in Emergency Department since 2011 .

He currently serves as a National Coordinator for the emergency critical care fellowship program at the Ministry of Health in Malaysia.

He has received national acclaim and recognition for his contributions to emergency preparedness and the emergency care system in Malaysia and is currently serving as the Director for Emergency and Trauma services in the State of Perak.

He is one of the appointed supervisors for the European Diploma in Advanced Critical Care Echocardiography (EDEC) organized by European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM).

Dr. Olusanya is a U.K. Intensive Care Society Council member, an associate editor of the Journal of the Intensive Care Society, and an for the POCUS Journal.

He is accredited in Advanced Transthoracic echocardiography, and maintains an interest in whole body ultrasound- particularly in the haemodynamically unstable patient.

Dr. Wong has been a consultant in anaesthesia & intensive care since 2015, currently at King’s College Hospital in London. Within the field of ultrasound, his focus has been on training, accreditation, assessment of organ perfusion, and right heart imaging. His research includes clinical governance, safety, medical education, and professional well-being.

He is a member of the Intensive Care Society FUSIC Committee; he sits on the ESICM Executive Committee and is an examiner for the European Diploma of Intensive Care Medicine. He is on the executive committee of the International Fluid Academy and is the ex- chair of the Social Media and Digital Content Committee of ESICM.

Registration fees vary depending on your country

If you are an associate member of WINFOCUS, registration will be free. However, if certification is requested, there will be a fee of €5 for members and €10 for non-member participants.
