Ana Claudia Tonelli

She is an internal medicine physician with a PhD in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Sciences from UFRGS (2013).

She obtained proficiency in point-of-care ultrasound from Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital (2012).

She completed a research fellowship in Perioperative Medicine at the Population Health Research Institute and a clinical fellowship in Perioperative Medicine at McMaster University (2022-2023).

Currently, she coordinates the Bedside Ultrasound Training Program for Internal Medicine residents at HCPA, Porto Alegre, Brazil. She heads the Innovation in Teaching Service at the same institution.
