In 2010, we received the coordination of WINFOCUS Mexico from WINFOCUS World in Rome, Italy. This marked the beginning of our efforts to establish formal teaching of critical ultrasonography in Mexico, where such training was previously unavailable.
We partnered with the Mexican Association of Critical Medicine and Intensive Care to initiate this endeavor. Since then, WINFOCUS Mexico has expanded its educational offerings beyond the USLS course to include WBE, WMTBE, LUS, USVA, PNCUS, USBLOCK, and US BRAIN, while ensuring compliance with certification requirements as a provider and trainer.
To date, we have successfully conducted over 500 courses in Mexico, playing an integral role in introducing WINFOCUS activities in Central and South American countries. We have also been actively involved in teaching POCUS MULTIFOCAL.
One of our current objectives is to build a diverse and certified group of specialists within our unit and training center. This approach, endorsed by WINFOCUS, ensures that our learning environment is of the highest quality and meets formal standards.
By achieving these milestones, we are committed to providing comprehensive and excellent POCUS education, supported by WINFOCUS.
