July 20, 2010 You can submit your paper by July 20, 2010, to be presented as posters and/or oral presentations @ : - 6th WINFOCUS WORLD joint to 4th WINFOCUS ITALY - 1st Intnl CONSENSUS CONFERENCE on PLEURAL & LUNG US - 1st Intnl CONSENSUS CONFERENCE on US-GUIDED VASCULAR ACCESS to be held in Rome, on October 4-9, 2010 (see program-at-glance). Papers will be selected by the WINFOCUS & CONSENSUS LIAISON COMMITTEES and acknowledged for presentation. Early abstracts (submitted by May 31) will receive note of acceptance/rejection by July 1, 2010; late abstracts (submitted by July 20) will receive such a note by Aug 1, 2010. Accepted papers will be published on the third 2010 issue of the 'Critical Ultrasound Journal', the new Springer peer-review scientific publication, dedicated to point-of-care ultrasound in critical scenarios, official Journal of Winfocus. ORAL PRESENTATION Maximum time available for each oral presentation is seven minutes for 5 slides (5 min. presentation + 2 min. discussion). Presenter should be regularly registered to the conference, unless part of the faculty. POSTER PRESENTATION Maximum size for each poster area is 95 cm (width) x 150 cm (height). Presenter should be regularly registered to the conference, unless part of the faculty.
