Registration without full payment of the fees will not
be accepted.
Registrations at reduced rates will have a limited number.
We suggest to enrol in as soon as possible.
Registration fee to ULTRASOUND COURSES & CERTIFICATION includes:
> Scientific sessions
> Hands-on & simulations
> Congress Kit
> Certificate of attendance
> Lunch (only for full day Courses) & coffee break
Each course has a limited number of participants.
Registration fee to 7th WINFOCUS WORLD CONGRESS includes:
> Plenary sessions
> UltraSound Workshops *

> Certificate of attendance
> Lunch (only for November 26) & coffee break
* It is compulsory to select the Workshops you are interested in while registering.

Invoice The invoice will be sent by mail before the Congress. Invoice must be issued to all registered participants. Please pay attention to correctly fill out the Invoice data section. Incomplete registrations will not be considered. Cancellation In case of cancellation of participation, to be compulsorily communicated in written form, (by e-mail or fax), before October 15, 2011, the 50% of the fee will be refunded. After this date no refund will be done. All refunds will be processed after the Congress. WINFOCUS MEMBERS Discount is applicable only to WINFOCUS members with membership current fee regularly paid. IMPORTANT DATES Please remember that: > Deadline for the Congress registration at reduced rate is September 30, 2011 > Deadline for cancellation of registration, with reimbursement of 50% of the fee, is October 15, 2011 > Deadline for registration is November 14, 2011 |
