HOW TO REACH THE VENUE
AIIMS Main Hospital is located at Ansari Nagar, in front of Safdarjung Hospital at the crossing of
Ring Road and Aurobindo Marg. Main entrance is on Aurobindo Marg.
Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre is physically separate from the main AIIMS campus by 2.5 KM and is
situated on the busy inner ring road (Mahatma Gandhi Marg) between Safdarjang Hospital & Bhikaji Cama Place.
The Institute is easily accessible to visitors arriving in New Delhi by Air, Rail or Road.
The Indira Gandhi International Airport is approximately 21 Kilometers from the Institute.
The domestic air terminal is approximately 15 Kilometers from the Institute.
The New and Old Railway Stations are approximately 12 and 15 Kilometers respectively from the Institute.
All major ground transport routes intersect the Ring Road and can approach the Institute very easily.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Congress participants who wish to stay in Delhi may take advantage

Hotels list with features & facilities, tariffs, terms & conditions,
confirmation & cancellation policy is published on the above
mentioned website. Please note that the deadline for hotel
reservation is October 22, 2011. After this deadline, rates are
subjected to revision and reservations will be accepted only if
rooms are still available. If no more rooms are available in the
requested hotel, a reservation will be made in a similar category
hotel.

TRAVEL & TRANSFERS
The ICE Local Organizing Secretariat, as official Destination
Management Company and International Air Transport Association
(IATA) approved agency, will provide international /
domestic air tickets at the best available fares to the delegates
who opt for the same. ICE will also provide both airport-hotel
and hotel-venue transfers back and forth (transport for local
